a creamy consistency, would say it’s great for dry skin, came in very quickly! the amount of concealer in each section gives me a bit of suspicion but i haven’t gotten any hives or rash from it yet.

They are very light colors if you mix it, it becomes almost a very pale color. It might be water based? It does not mix with wet n wild.

This is good quality makeup. I use the light color as a concealer and the darker color as a foundation.
