Thanks to the seller. I liked the conductor; it’s made with high quality and I’m pleased with the large number of adapters of different diameters. It will be possible to drill for dowels and simply vertical holes using a conduit.

Exactly as pictured and described. I have made many perfectly 90 degree holes now! I just use it for making a pilot hole all the way through, then expand it to the desired diameter without the jig.
The 2 legs on the back let you centre the hole to the width by rotating the jig. You can unscrew to remove them, if you are drilling into a wider piece. It has a flat top, so you can clamp it if required.
The only downside is that because it lays flat to the surface, you can’t easily see your mark if you use a narrow (<5mm) guide. But you can unscrew and remove the centre guide to see your mark easily, then replace it before drilling.
Alternative designs that are raised with a gap underneath let you see your mark, but they can't be clamped, and also restrict drilling depth more.

The doweling jig arrived without damage and complete with a set of 8 drill sleeves. It looks and works as expected. It’s not a super high precision tool, but solid and very useful.

I received and tried to drill a hole in a panel, central hole, but I had trouble holding the drill steady. I will need to gain some experience. It seems well built and sturdy. I hope to improve and understand the best way to use it effectively.
