Instantly has become in indispensable woodworking helper, not only to center holes on board edges, but to knock rivet pins (dowels) precisely centered into thin boards’ edges (such that they don’t come out on the board’s face which otherwise happens occasionally). When the rivet pin end is flush with this jig’s adapter inset, it has the right length left to connect to the adjoining board.

Metal. The bushing for drills from another perpendicular adapter did not fit, but that doesn’t matter. You can indeed center the hole on the MDF and measure a pair for it.
