The Diary of George Muller, Selected Extracts was compiled by Arthur Rendle Short (1880-1953) who had a deep and personal interest in Muller’s orphanage. He was asked to write the story of George Müller in a readable form, which he did by taking extracts from Müller’s own diary, telling the story of a man who rescued thousands of orphans from poverty and homelessness in 19th Century Bristol. Muller neither borrowed, nor sought financial support, but lived by prayer and faith, only making his needs known to God. The legacy of this man of God continues to impact and inspire many people around the world today.
The book is now in the public domain. This new revised edition acknowledges the significance of George Muller’s life and work and is now being made available to our generation.
