Order Placing
1. Precast baluster or fencing railing is used with the precast balusters and poles as a complete set on construction. Please visit our store home or reach out our sales to see more options if you are interested.

2. The round caps are used to leave holes that connects to the baluster tops, please leave them in proper space according to your needs. THEY ARE USED TO DETERMINED THE SPACES BETWEEN BALUSTERS, SO SAFETY FOR YOUNG AGES IS MUCH IMPORTANT..

3. Please leave your full phone number, passport information (Russian friends) and tax information (Brazilian friends) when you place the order. The couriers need them to contact you when they make the delivery or we may need you confirmation after we receive the orders.

4. The CUSTOMS DUTY is REQUIRED according to different import policies, but different countries may have different taxes free budget, please confirm with us if you are not sure.

Notes: The rails in this link is made in meters, please pay attention to the railing height differences.
Buckle Fastening
Just a rotation of the buckles, you can assemble or separate the mold, easy to catch up and efficient on construction. Notes: 1. Please fasten the buckles in the SMALLER end. 2. Plastics may worn out as days go by, if you find that the buckles are broken, please use a steel wire or M8 screws in fastening.
Construction
1. Please brush the mold release in the interiors of the mold, it would give a smooth demolding and protect the mold wall.

2. Please hit the mold gentlely with plastic hammer after you pour the concrete /cements.

3. Please water the mold before taking off the molds.

4. The concrete/ matar MUST NOT cover up the caps because they are used for the INSTALLATION of balusters.

5. The ABOVE PROCESSES are very critical for a longer mold service life. REMINDING: PLEASE DO NOT FULLY CAST THE CEMENTS INTO THE MOLD. THE MAX DEPTH WE SUGGEST IS COVERED THE ROUND PLASTIC CAPS.
