The truth is that ordering it during holidays has been a problem. They got the location wrong and delivered it somewhere else. I was trying to request a refund and they needed to justify it but I didn’t have a way to do so. 5 days after it was marked as delivered, it had actually been delivered to my address, confirming that it had been delivered incorrectly. At least it has arrived.
