Item came as described. Ic cards, keyless entry. Everything was great for a month. After a month, the door lock failed. It would never lock, i did a factory reset and the lock would make the sound of locking but it would not lock.
Customer service came through and issued me a refund because of quality issues of the lock itself. I’m satisfied with the response i got. Not that the lock failed after a month.

It’s an excellent lock, pairing and configuration are great. Without hesitation, buy it. What I would have liked is for it to be made of metal, even if the cost was slightly higher.
