【 Operation Method and Principle 】 Take a cup filled with water (slightly higher than the base of the bird), place it in front of the bird, so that when the bird lowers its head, the tip of its beak can be immersed in water. Due to the cooling effect of the water evaporation in the head fur (Note 1), the pressure of the gas in the abdominal cavity is greater than the pressure in the head cavity, causing the liquid to rise and the center of gravity to rise beyond the position of the iron clip. Due to the lever principle, the bird’s head will sink into the water, and the water will be introduced into the head through the capillary effect of the mouth (Note 2). At the same time, the liquid in the body will flow back.
