Very good, this cushion prevents twisting of the spine when sleeping on the side. I had persistent lumbar pain and since using this cushion I feel much better. The dimension is perfect for my body (186 cm, 80 kg), the length and height are sufficient. The cover is soft to touch and is detachable. I hope the foam will last long without deforming. I recommend without hesitation.

More often than not, i sleep on my side. I wanted something that’d help align my back.
