These work great except there are no directions with them. I have no idea how to adjust volume for example.

I really like these. The sound quality if surprisingly good. Phone works fine (at least nobody complains). This is my 2nd pair, i lost the first pair when they fell off draped over a winter scarf. Took a while to get them (some mix-up when they passed through customs). Happy i was able to get them replaced.
