ANC is on by default when you power on the headphones. If you don’t notice the effect, you may have accidentally switched modes. Simply press the “ANC” button again until the voice prompt confirms “ANC On” to ensure you’re in the correct mode.

This is normal. ANC is designed to reduce constant low-frequency noise (like airplane engines), not sharp sounds like voices. This is also a key safety feature, allowing your child to stay aware and hear you calling.

That’s the “Transparent On” safety feature, which amplifies surrounding sounds so your child can hear you. To return to noise reduction, simply press the “ANC” button until the voice prompt says “ANC On”.

To protect your child’s hearing, press the + and – buttons at the same time to cycle through the 3 max volume levels: 75dB (Quiet Mode), 85dB (Daily Standard), and 94dB (Travel Mode for louder environments).

What happens if the battery runs out during a trip?

If the battery runs out, use the included 3.5mm audio cable to plug the headphones directly into your device. They will work as standard wired headphones. Note: The ANC feature only works in wireless (Bluetooth) mode.
