I have several lora tap products , among others 4 and 6 buttons and they work flawlessly
I have a few bluetooth devices,not lora tap, which work unreliable and decided to buy a new gateway to solve the problem
I ordered the wrong type, ethernet/zigbee instead of wifi/zigbee/bluetooth.
Lora reacted promptly and send me the right gateway for free, great service, wish all sellers on aliexpess would be like that, thanks
