How to use the touchpad

Press “Fn+Right Alt” to activate or deactivate the touchpad.

Please note that iOS and iPadOS users may need to enable AssistiveTouch in order to use the touchpad, please go to “Settings” > “Accessibility” > “Touch “ > “AssistiveTouch”.

The touchpad is not working properly

If the touchpad doesn’t work at all, test it on other devices. If it fails on multiple devices, it may be a hardware issue—contact after-sales service. If some gestures work but certain functions are abnormal, check your system settings.

Bluetooth connection failure or delay

1. Please make sure the keyboard is fully charged.

2. Please make sure the Bluetooth driver version of your device is the latest version.

3. Please delete the Bluetooth connection record on your device and then reconnect the keyboard.
