Why doesn’t the dishwasher hose fit into my faucet?

Our water pipes are suitable for most faucets. If yours does not fit, you can connect a converter.

Why are the dishes not clean even though I followed the instructions?

1)The tableware is too crowded or placed incorrectly.

2)The mode is wrong. For tableware with oil stains, choose daily cleaning or strong cleaning.

3)The amount of detergent is incorrect. Please refer to the instructions for the amount.

Why doesn’t the spray arm rotate?

1)Please check whether the spray arm is stuck by the tableware and cannot rotate.
