It turned out that one of the wheels had play and did not work as it should, after returning the product, the money was refunded, so everything is fine. it’s not the store’s fault, but a factory defect

Very nice device. Compared with xp-pen premium 16 inch models, but this one looks like very nice balance between comfort of use and portability. I like screen quality, pen reaction and overall pleasure of sketching. I can recommend this product as non professional amateur sketcher.

nice product, fast delivery. My only complaint is that the description did not state that the cable needed to connect to the computer was included, causing me to spend 20 euros on an extra cable that was not necessary.

When i ordered the item in black color i received the tablet in pink, the seller regocnized the mistake and as soon as the wrong item sent back was received a full refund was issued. I ordered a second time and everything was fine. Despite the shipping mistake the seller is correct so i do raccomand him. The price was very good too.
Will buy again in the future.
