About LANDWORD Machinery
The history of LANDWARD development can be tracked back to 1997 as a small Auxiliary Factory(named Jimo Iron works in a small village) which taking the steel plate cutting.
In the early 21th century, Landward shifted towards expanding into new business to welding and produce structural parts for loader factories.
In 2009, Landward started the research and development of dumpers, and in the next year we began to produce forklifts. We were posed many challenges but also created opportunities for innovation and adaption.
In 2018, we engaged in small machine, like small excavators, mini dumpers, mini wood chippers at the time when the Euro market begin to accept Chinese mini machine.
On Jan.5, 2024, the company has been renamed to its current name-Landward(Shandong) HI Group, aimed at developing engineering equipment to the world.

Some say the 4 ton is the sweet spot but pricing maybe out of range for many as well. The 1.8 ton units like this one have a lot of bang for the buck. It’s heavy enough that you don’t pull yourself over so easy while digging and yet still powerful to do the job while keeping the price down. I still prefer the 3 or 4 ton units but it becomes a money thing. How much are you willing to spend and how bad do you need it.

I’m a 67yr old woman and i just bought myself a present. That’s right, a mini excavator! I’m very excited to give it a go and save my back.. I’ve been working on my current yard on vashon island for 15 years and it’s never done. I’m hoping my little excavator helps me speed it up.. digging holes, moving rocks being the main thing. I bought myself a kubota about and now my mini ex.. mine has the hydraulic thumb drive and the extendable tracks.

Bought a mini excavator 1.8 ton with cab plus concreat breaker plus a mini dumper shovel all in one all with tracks. I have used them 3 times now and after getting used to them they seem ok.

This excavator saves a lot of manpower and material resources, making it perfect for plowing and weeding. I have used someone else’s before, so the operation is not a problem for me. Overall, it is quite good.

Oh, i love it so much. I was so excited when i received the machine. It was like a big toy.this mini excavator has a replaceable bucket design that makes construction more diverse. For example, with a soil loosening device, it can easily handle hard soil, and with a fixture, it can transport large stones or wood. This flexibility has saved us a lot of time and costs
