I took l on my m size (bust 95 waist 75 hips 96 weight 56). It is just a little bit, unnoticeable too loose in the waist and under bust, but i prefer it this way rather than too tight. So you can choose your size or go one size bigger.
Overall i adore it, not too transparent, fits beautifully, shapes up everything that needs it, pleasant to skin, thick tight material good for the gym, but also wearable in everyday life. The color is also amazing.
I highly recommend it and hopefully will buy another one in a different color.
