Poor packaging, very poor protection of the package, which arrived with the box completely crushed. Fortunately, nothing broke and it works well. Please improve your packaging.

The product description did not tell me that this thing zaps you, but i should have known or at least done a little research on it, however, using it one time i could see overall skin improvement and also seemed to be good for the scalp, as well. I would definitely recommend it for people with acne, enlarged pores, fine lines, wrinkles, loosened skin, and those in need of scalp treatments. While it seems to be working, i did find out by reading up on frequencies online that brain tumors/cancers, anxiety, depression, migraines, and suicidal thoughts had been linked to exposure to high frequency radiation, so be sure to weigh that out in your mind before purchasing a potentially harmful therapy product.

Everything is fine, just that it makes a very loud noise and I don’t know if that’s normal. It also gives some strong cramps. I only turned it on to test it and setting it to minimum if it doesn’t hurt 😌 we’ll see if it really works over time, also the orange light doesn’t change color.
