【How to Use】Clip the red clip to the positive electrode of the car battery and the black clip to the negative electrode of the car battery, press button to “Positive”side with LED lighting RED, connect the tip to positive terminal of tested component to active the component. If LED turns to GREEN with buzzer, stop testing and check the component if defective or not, or rating current of component is higher than that of this tester.

【NOTE】Before performing the test, please make sure that your tester is properly connected. Connect the red clip to the positive terminal of the car battery. Then connect the black clip to the negative terminal of the car battery. During the continuity test, the auxiliary ground wire needs to be connected to one side of the wire under test. When testing components in/out of the vehicle’s electrical system, connect the auxiliary ground wire to the negative pole of the component under test.
Note:
1. Do not use the item around explosive gas, vapor, or dust. When the power switch is pressed(or rocket), battery current is conducted directly to the tip which may cause sparks when contacting the ground or certain circuits.
2. The unit is not to be used with 110/220v house current, it is only used for DC 6~24V systems. Do not use at AC voltage.
3. After you have completed your vehicle inspection, correctly restored all the connections which you disconnected.
4. Always follow the instruction and procedures indicated in the vehicle’s service manual before attempting to disconnect any part or subsystem of the electrical circuit.
5. Never touch any dangerous part of the vehicle with your hand for safety. Don’t touch any live conductor with your hand or skin.
6. Don’t use it if it is damaged.
7. Some components of vehicles work on low voltage, they cannot withstand the voltage allied by the item. To avoid damage to these components, don’t use the item to apply voltage directly or indirectly.
8. Before driving, please always make sure that the vehicle is safe and reliable.
