The product is great, but i paid for this the first time then a day later i got a message saying my payment didn’t go through and if i didn’t pay i would not get it. Even though it stated it did on my bank statement. But i payed it again, and got a thing saying a second one was being prepared to ship. I had only wanted one and ordered only one. Otherwise it’s fine, i’ll give the second one to my niece

It arrived well, it came a little crushed but it’s obvious that it’s normal because it arrived in a package, it arrived a day later, they had told me it had a 10-day delay but I spoke with the agent and they were able to resolve it for me, the pillow came as I wanted, perfectly without any gaps or scratches, it’s comfortable and fits my arm and head well, Suho made me buy it. 😭
