We are pleased with our new customized pergola from star alu. before i set up the order , they do a 3d remendering to let me make sure everthing siuteable for my yard .during the production period ,they updated video and photos to guarantee everything is good .the shipping cost about one month by sea which is reasonable. about the installation , the factory offered a video and a cad drawing to show how it works . in all ,the ike steel pergola is great addition to my back yard and i am so glad i ordered it
