I'm a person who lives with chronic lower back pain that can range from mild to severe. After countless painful lessons, I've learned my limits as to what I can and cannot do. Unassisted heavy lifting is out of the question nowadays, as is picking up and setting down heavy items on the ground. However, I do sometimes need to move (or help move) some moderately heavy items and for that, I always wear back support.
I have been sent several back support products to review over the past several months, but none of them have been able to hold a candle to the one I bought for myself a few years ago. None, that is, until now.
This back support belt features a thick, strong yet stretchy material for the main belt, as well as two additional stretchy tensioners that pull everything snug. When used together, the belt really hugs the small of my back and provides support in places that other support belts just can't reach. I feel safe lifting things with this belt, which is saying a lot.
When your health is at stake, don't mess around or cheap out. Make sure you get the best protection you can afford. Back pain is no joke. I highly recommend this belt; it works for me. Hopefully it can help you too.

I needed a back support belt to provide extra relief for my back and sciatica. This belt does a decent job, but I wish it were a bit longer. My back pain goes down pretty low, and while this belt provides support, it's missing a little something. I got the large size, though I maybe should've gotten a medium. The great thing about this belt is that even though it's slightly larger for me, I could adjust it to fit comfortably. The Velcro is very adjustable, and the straps give it a nice snug fit. I think I'll continue to use this one at home, but I would prefer something I could wear under my clothes as well, and this one is a bit too noticeable. Recommended.

This Top Health back brace is decent. It applies enough pressure around my lower back that I feel supported. The back boning isn't stiff metal that hardly flexes. Whatever material the boning is, it can flex against my back which is what I prefer when it comes to back braces. It makes it feel a little more like a custom fit for me unlike the stiff metal bonings.
The only thing is that it's a little big on me. I ordered a Large but really should've opted for a Medium, but Medium wasn't available at the time so I took a chance with the Large. It still works, the brace is just a little wider so it covers more of my abdomen and I have to pull the adjustment straps over each other since they're a little longer. But it still works for me.
The top and bottom of the brace do curl a little bit after wearing the brace for a while.
The brace is comfortable, but I still wouldn't wear it under clothing. It'd probably get sweaty quickly even though it looks to have mesh-like areas to make it breathable.

I use this on a daily basis since I have back issues. Easy to strap around. Holds nice and secure whether I am moving around or sitting. Does not feel constricting but offers the full support I need. With the low cost and very good construction I am more than satisfied.

I ordered this to see if it would help with my lower back pain.
This item seems to be well designed and built, but I was unable to use it. I ordered according to my pant size, but I wear my pants low, like most guys. I ended up ordering hip size instead of waist size.
Overall, it seems like a very good product, too bad I ordered the wrong size.

Although this belt fits comfortably and sized well as per guidance, it's not as stiff as I would like in the lower lumbar region making me feel less secure about something popping out. Adjustability is great and I can get it very snug but it just feel like something is missing. If I use this in conjunction (over the top) of my existing belt that has a much more solid base, it does provide an overall improvement and gives me much more confidence. Note that I'm 6'3" and 245lb so it could just be that I'm pushing the limits here, and lighter, slighter framed people may have more success.
