The item and seller are highly recommended. The item arrived much earlier than expected. I am very happy and satisfied with it. The materials and composition are generally of quite good quality, better than expected. The clamp has enough strength once you tighten the screw with the thread. I would have added an inner rubber to better grip things. It does fit any type of bicycle tube, stroller, scooter, or any object with wheels, and any handlebar tube. However, the materials themselves do not look very hard. We could say they are of a medium-low hardness, but it serves its purpose.
