The material is very good, it needs to be installed but it feels high quality.

It’s made of metal, has a nice design, feels solid and comfortable to hold. The only downside is that it would be better if it came with some adapters or spacers, because for example, the handbrake in my civic mk8 is quite thin. I had to put something in between to fill the gap, otherwise the cover would move around and feel loose. Overall, a great product for the price, just a small improvement would make it perfect.
