The lighting itself is good.
However, the problem is that the stand hole is 15mm, and the standard 15.5mm or bracket cannot be installed.
The 14.8mm one doesn’t go all the way inside.
I don’t understand why they do it this way.

The lamp is okay. But the Bowens mount needs to be modified.

Cheap end of the market but they do a decent job. Great as fill lights, but if using as a key light you will need to keep it within 2m of subject. Ive only used 1x diffuser in softbox which gives me a bit more light output. Fan noise is pretty acceptable for my quiet podcast studio.

Seems like decent quality. I bought 2 and did have an issue with the colour temp knob not working, but they did replace it for me.
It could be a little brighter to balance with other light scenarios, though does work pretty well for indoors as long as subject is away from big bright windows or you get the light within 2m of subject.
