Order Placing
1. We are selling the 22cm round roman pillar mold in this page only. There are different diameters with different designs available too, please visit our STORE HOME to see more options.

2. Please leave your full phone number, passport information (Russian friends) and tax information (Brazilian friends) when you place the order. The couriers need them to contact you when they make the delivery or we may need you confirmation after we receive the orders.

3. The CUSTOMS DUTY is REQUIRED according to different import policies, but different countries may have different taxes free budget, please confirm with us if you are not sure.

Height: 300cm /118.11in (PLEASE BE NOTED THAT THIS IS THE STANDARD HEIGHT OF THE SLOT PILLAR AND THE PLAIN PILLAR IS 265CM)

Notes:

1. The 22cm here is the internal diameter of the mold.

2. 1 set of body/ top/ bottom consist with 4 pieces of ABS mold.
Buckle Fastening
Just a rotation of the buckles, you can assemble or separate the mold, easy to catch up and efficient on construction.

Notes:
1. Please fasten the buckles in the SMALLER end.
2. Plastics may worn out as days go by, if you find that the buckles are broken, please use a steel wire or M8 screws in fastening.
Construction Guidance
1. We would offer free training through video conferences or by sending you the PPT guidance.

2. All pillar construction should attach steel (#6, #8, #10 or #12) into the middle of the post as support, we don’t suggest using concrete only.

3. We would like to recommend making the construction BIT BY BIT, for example, foot, every 50cm body and then the top. Also, assemble the mold according to the progress of the construction.

THE MAIN REASON for doing this is that this method would share the bottom PRESSURES, the bottom don’t have to take the WHOLE SET WEIGHT at the same time. This would make sure that the mold won’t be DAMAGED.

4. BEFORE & AFTER CONSTRUCTION
Please BRUSH THE MOLD RELEASE after you assemble the parts together, WATER the WHOLE mold before you taking off the mold

5. Color the pillar according to your needs, such as marble, olive, yellow etc, as long as the paints or coating are available.
