I recently picked up the 12-inch stainless steel egg stirring balloon whisk, and it’s become my favorite kitchen tool for quick mixes. I bought the 10-inch stainless steel balloon whisk for eggs, but it’s pretty flimsy and doesn’t feel solid. It mixes okay, but the handle bends slightly with pressure, which is annoying. The size is good for small batches, but i’d prefer something sturdier. Fine for light use, i guess.
