Presque un bon MOSFET, sauf qu’au lieu d’une Rds d’environ 8 mOhm, il en a 22,5 mOhm, ce qui est 3 fois moins performant et plutôt inadapté aux courants élevés {60A représente déjà une perte de puissance de 100W en chaleur}.
