If the glasses are unable to take photos or videos, they must be turned on. To reset the glasses, briefly press the silver RESET button on the right leg of the glasses. After the blue indicator light goes out, long press the power button on the glasses to turn on the camera. You can then try taking photos and videos again. If the issue persists, consider trying a different storage card as the current one may be the problem.

Very satisfied with the purchase. The box came a bit damaged, but it’s understandable considering the long journey it made. I feel that where the battery is located it heats up very quickly. Only time will tell in the long run, for now it’s very good, I recommend this item. ✌🏻 😁

This is my second purchase of these 4k smart glasses! 100% totally satisfied with my both purchase! The video quality is 4k, photo resolution is good at 5484 x 3456! One thing to take note is these smart glasses are not installed with image stabiliser features, so if we intend to record videos with these smart glasses, try to walk slowly & keep our heads steady, otherwise the footage will be very shaky. But anyway there are tons of video stabilising apps out there to improve on the video quality & solve these shaky issues. I was surprised these smart glasses can even capture sharp & great color quality videos even in dim lighting environment! Other smart glasses will only capture better in brightly lit places & produce ghostly images under poor lighting conditions. Audio is good with these 4k smart glasses, overall i give 8 out of 10, probably because of one more issue i just experienced while using them! It tends to heat up on the right side of the smart glasses after about 15mins lol

Just, it’s a shame that it only records 3 minutes of video and a 16/9 frame, which makes what we film too high, but the quality is indeed 4k. There shouldn’t be any lamps in the field, otherwise it will scan, unless you live in America where the current is different, but in Europe, it scans if there are lamps in the field of the video, it heats up very quickly in reality! ! !

It’s a very small lens, but it can capture really detailed images. I wish the lenses were designed to be less noticeable if possible. And it’s not cool that the led is blinking all the time while recording. Yes. It’s like a human dashcam lol

The glasses work fine, the quality is quite good, but it seems to me that there’s a bit of sharpness missing.

The photo and video quality is excellent for this price (though there’s no stabilization). For me, the biggest downside is that the camera isn’t aligned with the line of sight, so it’s impossible to film close‑up work — nothing is visible. Still, they’re worth it. I recommend them.
