Appears to be very accurate, I think the sizing is a bit larger than described so you should probably size down a bit.

Cons – stress, temperature and application are not great. Can measure only in 30 minute intervals and gives weird assessments.
Pros – heart rate and sleep monitoring is decent, as well as srv measurements and spo2.
Long battery life. Good pedometer.
Tl;dr – works well except for temperature and the application is a bit rigid and bad at some predictions.

Genuinely think this was a solid buy. The ring itself fits smoothly and has no issues. A case and cable came along with it for charging and they also work fine. The app works well for me also. Some measurements might be a bit off for various reasons but it’s a good general idea of your health. Only really useful for monitoring and active lifestyles, though.
All in all, it’s a great buy and a decent gift.

I was interested in this ring because i can earn rewards from a health program provided by my employer. I wanted something that was small and unobtrusive, and delivered “accurate enough” health stats so that i can earn rewards in my program.
The colmi r09 delivers that. I also own a garmin instinct 2, and the health metrics the ring tracks, while not always the same, are fairly comparable. I would say that i probably wouldn’t trust this ring with workouts or to give me extremely detailed health stats in place of my garmin watch, but for passive stat tracking, this is exactly what i needed. Battery life seems to be between 6-8 days with constant wearing and tracking the occasional 20-30 minute walk throughout the week.
Overall, i am incredibly satisfied with my purchase!

I was skeptical. The prices of the brands are so expensive and you have to pay a subscription. This has an apo just like smartwatch but better. I love it so i ordered y husband kne as well.
