The high intensity mode looks like the sun; holding down the power button lowers the brightness. It came with a charging cable, which is very good.

The best little reading light. there are 3 light settings. due to taking picture in the phone, it keeps trying to correct the lighting. the lights are very bright. the last picture is no mistake, that’s how dark it was in the room before i turned on the light. each picture was taken of the bible with and without the light. bought 3 more for travel and for gifts. love that it is usb charging so no need to replace batteries.
