The delivery was really very fast.
As mentioned earlier, this multimedia can be installed by yourself.
I am completely satisfied with the device. It really supports all the oem features, including the rear camera, and the steering wheel controls.
My only complaint is about the manual:
1. The video on how to disassemble the front panel in the mercedes b-class is not informative, has poor quality, and was recorded in italian (which is not an international language).
I had to watch about 20 other videos before i found a really good quality english-language video.
2. Also, the manual contains very little information about multimedia settings.
Because of this, i spent several hours (and several days in total) trying to find the reason for the absence of music sound and voice prompts from the navigator.
Fortunately, everything is working as it should now. I’m happy!

I have a 2013 Class A 180 cdi and it’s just incredible, really difficult to install but it runs smoothly and everything works perfectly.

Easy to assemble and use – excellent compatibility even without AUX
I installed this car radio and it was really simple, plug and play as they say. My car doesn’t have an AUX output, but I was still able to use the original Bluetooth audio source of the car through the radio settings.
A useful detail: if the AUX function is blocked, it can be easily unlocked from the device settings.
The system is very fast and intuitive to use, even without the ability to install APK files like on Android. For the use I make of it (music, navigation, calls) it is more than excellent.
Recommended for those looking for a simple, compatible, and immediate system, even on vehicles not equipped.

Everything is perfect, it fits perfectly and everything works, the only thing is that when turning it on the Mercedes Benz logo does not appear, I don’t know if I need to do any additional configuration.

Took me a while to install, as i’m not a handy car person.
Video instructions are actually pretty good, just missing a few things.
Steps:
Remove 2 vents (look for the metal wire inside, pull up slightly)
Took off the original mounting plate (3 screws) to get the wire through the top.
Took optical cable out of original and into new big square power socket.
Middle section needs to push the clips back in order to reassemble.
Mount: had to break the washer in the original screw in order to mount the new plastic hold mount. (or you could buy a new screw)
Everything else relatively simple.
Settings: connect with bluetooth (see paper instructions), i force the screen to fullscreen.
Works perfectly then. Very very very happy.
