The product itself is perfectly fine. The packaging was not protected (crushed), and the drone itself had no additional protection (thrown loose in a plastic bag inside a delicate box). Overall, it arrived in one piece and is functional. My biggest complaint is with the GLS courier company; the delivery from France took longer than anything I order from .
