Excellent ring. I bought 2, one for me and the other for my husband. So far tells you everything related to health. Once i have more updates, i will upload them.

The product is good. I only recommend that those who buy should purchase one size above. That ring has a protrusion from the internal sensors. For those like me who have thicker knuckles than the part where the wedding ring rests on the finger, it gets twisted.

I’ve been wearing this ring for 5 days along with the Xiaomi smart watch and the S25 smart watch and comparing them. When this ring was on the right hand, the steps were greatly overestimated; probably while working on the computer it recognizes mouse movements as steps. I put it on my left hand and the steps have mostly returned to normal, although they are about 10-15% higher than Xiaomi’s. But the ring measures sleep as if based only on the motion sensor and not on the pulse because sleep begins from the moment of lying down and waking up when getting up from it. Well, that is, if I woke up in the morning and lay for half an hour watching a video, then an additional half an hour before sleep. And I bought it primarily for sleep tracking because sleeping with a watch on my wrist isn’t very comfortable. I wanted to take off the watch at night and leave only the ring, but unfortunately, sleep tracking is completely inaccurate. I don’t know who is to blame: the ring sensors themselves or the app.
