Fast delivery, although this package came a bit later than the bench. It’s a heavy package of 24kg. The instructions for assembly weren’t always very clear, especially with the use of washers, not sure when you use them and when not, but overall i could assemble the tower fine by myself. It’s not “super” sturdy, but it can hold my almost 100kg for pull-ups, dips, leg raises. If you put your weight somewhere else or attach heavy bands the tower will move around, i am thinking to add suction cups at the base? The height for pull-ups can be adjusted easily, i am tall 193.5cm, so at the maximum it’s ok for pull-ups but if i completely stretch i will touch the floor. The pull-up bar doesn’t have different positions, so i have added neutral grips also from aliexpress. Overall i am happy with the tower although it could be more sturdy.

Really high, perfect for my husband who is 1m90cm tall. The backrest and armrests are moderately soft. By the way, a very good purchase. Among the downsides, it can be noted that the bands for bicep training are quite weak, but they can also be purchased separately. And if you do pull-ups with these things as shown in the 4 photos, then with this height you need to be careful because you might hit your head from behind against the bar. And on the right armrest, we simply cannot tighten one screw, but despite this, overall we are very satisfied with the purchase. The quality is good, the seller is responsive, and the price is excellent. In general, it can be recommended. 🫶🏻 🙌🏻

Device conforms to the description, I recommend this very serious shop. Easy to assemble, tools are included in the box, I advise having your own tools to finish tightening. Otherwise, the device is very stable for doing exercises. It is adjustable in height for the upper part. Really great 🙂
