I have just this morning received this item and i have not set it up yet.
This is the second one i have bought.
I bought this second gateway because i am having a lot of connection problems with other tuya devices i have in my house, namely smart curtain robots and smart trvs. These items keep failing and they have to be reset again and i am struggling to discover why. Sadly there is very little guidance or assistance from tuya, which is a pity because when they work they work well. Except the curtain robots.
