1. How long will it make the sign?
We have our own factory, specializing in the manufacture of neon signs. Generally need 3-5 working days after approval confirmed. Please tell me if you have estimate deliver date.
2. How long for shipping?
Default 5-8 days by DHL/Fedex.
3. Do you accept return or cancellation after order?
We do NOT accept customize LED neon sign return or refund except quality problems. But we have standard process to ensure the final product meet your requirements.
4. I have special requirement, can you do that for me?
