Q: Does the pet camera work with 5GHz wifi?
A: No, it only works with 2.4GHz wifi.
If your router is a dual-band, we recommend you separate them first and then connect the camera to the 2.4GHz band.
Q: Do I have to subscribe to the cloud?
No, the cloud is not mandatory.
A: The camera can record events (up to 12 seconds) in the last 24 hours. But if you need to record longer videos, please insert a micro SD card or subscribe to the cloud.
Q: The camera won’t connect.
A: Please long-press the reset button until the camera makes a sound and the light starts flashing red, then try to connect it again.
Q: Can I view the camera on different phones at the same time?
A: Yes. Please note that one blurams account cannot be logged on different phones at the same time.
Please register a new blurams account and share the camera with the new account. Then you can view it on multiple devices simultaneously.

It is nice for the price. Way better than i expected. It arrived quickly. I thought i would be able to save videos to my personal cloud, but they require you to spend $59 extra per year to use their cloud space. Without the cloud space subscription you are not able to record any video in the app.

I just received the Blusas camera. I haven’t installed it yet. I really like the size.

Excellent quality. Fast delivery, a little difficult to set up if you technically challenge. I’m pretty sure my daughters will figure it out faster than i do. I guess i didn’t pay attention about the 6 digit that you have to input when you enter your e-mail address. I put my 6-digit birthday that’s why i cannot put my password. Finally when i open my email there is the 6 digit code then you can put your own password.

It works so good i love it an so easy to set up for people who never set one up before. The price was really good for what i got! Came in very early then expected definitely recommended it to friends and family! The night vision on it i wasnt to sure would work but it works so well an was amazed. Thank you for making it good quality yet affordable. Would take a screen shot of the cameras view but its a mess at the moment
