The product arrived in good condition and matches the description. The packaging was very good with no issues except for the delay in shipping due to ‘s holiday. After that, everything went smoothly, and the seller was very cooperative and quick to respond.

The product is excellent, but it does not have a magnet in the cover to protect against falling. After communicating with the merchant, he justified that it is not easy for me. Two days of use and it fell more than once. Knowing that there is a drill in the cover for the magnet, but there is no magnet in it.

My comment after trying the grinder for two weeks daily. The shape is a matter of taste, and I consider it a beautiful shape. The body is completely metallic. Its weight is heavy, but the good thing is that you can easily detach the small plug and clean the area. It looks like a laptop charger, and cleaning it is enjoyable and not difficult. Just be careful when turning it, as there are small screws that can fall and get lost, even though it came with some spare parts. Grinding it is nice and consistent, but you need to know the type of coffee because I felt some types have a bit of powder. You can try calibration until you reach what you want, but the taste of the coffee is generally delicious and I didn’t suffer from it.

The unit is of very high quality manufacture and appears to work excellently (i’m still seasoning the burrs). Initial indications is that the espresso is very smooth and creamy – neither sour nor bitter.
Noise level is quite low and retention of grinds in near zero.
Shipping from to perth wa was 3 days post order – excellent.

Arrived ahead of time, a powerful grinder with a cone-shaped gear (cylindrical). The grinding is consistent, often requiring disassembly of clots. It’s still under testing, but initially the grinder is beautiful and clear in its quality and durability of materials used. The price is very competitive compared to a Senegal grinder. There’s a slight wastage rate but it needs water before grinding 👍🏻

Very, very beautiful so far. I’ve had it for a week and I’m very satisfied with it. The only downside is that it traps some moisture, but it comes off with a little tapping.
