Tethered Drop Protection

Ideal for rock climbers and hikers traversing uneven terrain, this bag connects to your camera via the included tether (two lengths included – one for climbers and one for hikers) and provides drop protection for your camera. With this protection, you can carry your camera more places with more confidence so you never miss that great shot!

All-Day Comfort During High-Activity Sports

The waistpack design positions the weight of your camera low and over your hips for all-day comfort during long hikes or during extended shooting sessions from fixed lines while climbing. For fixed-line shooting, the pack can also be disconnected from you and attached to the fixed line via the hanging hook – all while keeping your camera safely tethered to the bag.

Attaches Easily & Comfortably to Backpacks

Carrying a camera while you hike is always a good idea. Storing that camera inside your daypack isn’t. If your camera isn’t readily accessible, you’ll use it less and risk losing that perfect shot. This camera bag mounts in two ways. With the waistbelt, it fits under your pack and slides along the waistbelt so that you can swing it around, grab your camera, take your picture, stow your camera and continue on, all without breaking stride! Or, you can remove the waistbelt and clip the bag directly to your pack (or climbing harness) using the bag’s carabiner loops.

Key Features

Integrated Camera Tether

The most important feature of this camera bag, our integrated tether, securely holds your camera to the bag to prevent accidental droppage. Two lengths are included: a short one for hikers to prevent ground fall and a longer tether for climbers to offer full range of motion when ground fall is not a risk. The tether is triple-sewn through all layers of the bag and backed by redundant bar tacks for strength and reliability.

Carabiner Clipping Points

As climbers ourselves, we love carabiners, so we made this bag carabiner-friendly.

You can clip carabiners (not included) through the tether to hold photography accessories inside the bag.

You can clip carabiners to the waistbelt to carry accessories like quickdraws, water bottles and more.

You can even remove the waistbelt entirely, and attach the bag directly to your harness using carabiners through the waistbelt loops, or attach a sling and two carabiners to the external loops for carrying this bag over your shoulder.
