When we scan films, please switches on the top of the device to the left side.
This can scan in rolls, you don’t need to cut the film.

when scan the photo, please position the bracket according to the marked dimensions on the photo tray. please note the for 5×7″ photographs, the bracket do not need to be fitted into the photo tray.
Place the brackets into the slots and slide the brackets downwards to secure, check that they are securely fastened by turning the photo tray upside down. The brackets should not fall off.

The quality of the captured image depends more on the quality of the photo itself. We do not recommend using this scanner to scan photos that have been over glued or too shiny, which may cause reflection.
