Perfect, original product, well protected and fast shipping. Very happy with the purchase.

The shipping was relatively fast to the Canary Islands until it entered customs which was a mess, but the seller is not to blame. I bought it at a very good price with summer offers so great, what I missed was more protection in the box.

The kamvas 16 (gen 3) wasn’t available for local shipping, but customer support contacted me and offered me the huion kamvas pro 16 (2.5k) as an alternative. They were very attentive and quick to answer, and tried to solve everything as fast as possible. Although i didn’t receive the product i originally ordered, i’m satisfied with the tablet i got (it arrived within a week) and with the overall experience. I’d recommend sending a message to the customer support channel to check if the product you want is in stock, but the buying experience is smooth overall.

Apparently everything is okay, I’m really enjoying it, it’s my first table with a screen, the screen is very colorful.
