The package arrived already opened. Fortunately, the bubble wrap and especially the cardboard protected the computer well. Not yet tested. Fast and compliant delivery.

I had problems with the audio, and the seller was attentive at all times until the issue was resolved. It wasn’t necessary to return it, but they were available to do so.

I was dissapointed the usb c port does not charge the laptop. Could be my misunderstanding of the meaning of “full featured type-c”
Further it works okay.

The product is currently valid. It arrived quickly and comes with a dual mode wireless mouse. For the regular use I need to make of it, it’s excellent.

The lovely delivery service totally fascinated me; it’s damn fast whether it’s bad or good weather. I’m very surprised by the packaging and the box, wonderful with no damage, and it was even in a bag inside for the rain. So five stars is really great, I’m truly satisfied.

The computer meets what was advertised, I am super satisfied with it after trying it out. It’s a good purchase, and on top of that, the shipping was fast—only three days.

Everything supposedly matches the description, but it’s a pity that there is no Polish language since it’s being sold to Poland; Russian is missing from Polish, and this is a minus for the seller. After receiving it, I still had to go to the IT specialist and spend money because without Polish, I couldn’t use it. It’s a shame that the seller doesn’t inform about this because I would have spent a little more and bought it right away using it without the IT specialist’s help. Due to the lack of Polish for the seller, 4 stars for the laptop, 5 stars.
