It took 92 days to travel to Ukraine. Apparently someone carried it on their back and constantly dropped it on the ground. The box is torn and taped, but everything is intact. It is very difficult to communicate with the seller. Responds in 2-3 days and not really relevant. If you are willing to wait 3 months, you can place an order.

I’m glad i bought this product, is zippes out everything the my ‘miele c3’ which is already a powerfull device cannot reach.
So happy that since this apartment was build now finally the carpet is clean as it used to be 10 years ago.
And damn you’ll be supprised how mucht dirty water you’ll have in a carpet.
Device works simple and evicient for 2 square meters, by then it makes louder noise and stops sucking so well, what means you need to empty the dirty water, clean the top part (which goes easy), and refill the clean water tank with hot water.
This review is for the 750w, really satisfied about the power, don’t know if the 450w would take out so much dirty water and leave your carpet ‘almost’ dry afterwards.

The package took exactly two months to arrive. Overall, the box isn’t very damaged, the device itself is fine. We tested it in real conditions; it cleans well and is quite powerful. I can confidently recommend it, but a two-month delivery time is just so-so.

I don’t like that this store has 2 accounts. I ordered a product. They wrote to me that the price has changed. Okay, I understand that. I found a new store and bought the same vacuum cleaner there. And it was from the same supplier. Because I bought 2 products from the same seller. There should be 2 different invoices. But the invoices have the same number. Why? I canceled one order. The supplier mixed up the order. And this caused discomfort because I was sitting and figuring out what was going on. I thought it was my mistake. But it wasn’t.
