Good for the price, but the grinding consistency deserves a seven out of ten. The gears are tapered in shape. Excellent for those with limited budgets.

In terms of the grinder, it is excellent for me in terms of price and performance. As for the grinder with a conical gear, the machine is a genius that controls the temperature for extraction and steaming, the amount of extraction, and the duration of moisturizing. I recommend it for a week as I haven’t faced any issues with it.

Everything is fine. It grinds normally for espresso. The timer adjusts by tenths of seconds. The required portion weight is adjusted with sufficient accuracy. The grind adjustment range is suitable for most brewing methods.

You didn’t convince me of anything; I ordered number 6 in espresso, but it turned out to be honey and cream.

The grinder arrived quickly and was well packaged. It’s a nice machine that seems sturdy, although I have some doubts about the plastic around the upper grinding wheel. The grinder is well-made and relatively quiet. Finding the right setting for the grind fineness (espresso) required 6 to 7 tests, followed by 2-3 additional tests to achieve the correct amount (10.1 seconds). I advise beginners not to rely on the “expresso” markings noted above the adjustment notches. My espresso was flowing perfectly at cran 17, well away from the 12 to 1 zone where grinding does not occur. The stability of the doses seems correct, with a variation of 0.5 grams per distribution set for 18 grams of coffee. In conclusion, this grinder offers excellent value for money, provided you learn to master it and do not rely on precise adjustment (I don’t know the difference between two notches, but it seems quite significant).

The truth is that it surprised me given the price it has. The first two grinds retained 1 gram, and I thought poorly of the grinder that retained quite a bit, but as I used it, it didn’t retain anything at all. I even changed the grind type to French press and switched back to espresso, and it didn’t retain anything or mix coarse with fine grinds. I put in 20 grams, 20 grams come out, and it grinds correctly. I sincerely recommend it.
