I’m obsessed with the hello face m500s! It’s super comfortable to wear (eco-friendly materials feel great, odorless – no plastic smell) and has a long battery life. I love that you can customize the lighting to suit different skin needs – it feels like i’m using four masks in one! The design is super safe too. Worth every penny! If you want professional results without the high price, this is the product for you. So good product

I purchased the hello face m500 mask two weeks ago, arrived in time and with very good packaging. The reasons why i brought this was because it was reasonably priced & it had ce and fda certification. Interestingly has all the current led light goodies to brighten your face. I use it 3 times a week before going to bed, have to wait for 3 months to see any visible changes.
In detail: the red light hits deep ( dermis) boosts collagen and improves skin elasticity & texture.
The purple ling promotes anti-aging. The blue light helps to reduce the breakouts and oil production. The yellow light improves the circulation. This is all controlled via usb battery pack.
The mask fits on on the face, use it when reading, watching a movie or mediating. Highly recommenced for someone who wants to try light led therapy at reasonable cost.

The mask is exactly the same as in the photos and videos. I am very satisfied with the quality. It was delivered very quickly in good packaging. The mask is very soft and easy to wear. The only downside is the smell. It’s a typical smell for such products. But it dissipates after leaving the mask outdoors. The seller is attentive and answered all my questions. Didn’t respond very quickly but did respond. I absolutely recommend this mask for purchase. You won’t regret it.

Very good light therapy mask and better than many other higher priced masks of this kind. It’s soft on the inside – much better than the silicone covered one, and because the nose has a cut out triangle shape, it does not hurt the nose like some other masks do. It has four modes great for anything from wrinkle reduction to acne healing. Works straight out of the box and great quality.

Fantastic product ,i looked into lots of other masks and the amount of red light it gives versus expensive models online and i found it to be excellent value for money and very comfortable and easy to use . Have used for a week and very happy will use consistently to see results over time

I started using it two weeks ago, I’m not obligated to it. I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin so far, but I noticed that hair growth started appearing in it with baby hair. I think the reason is from it, and God knows best.

Very easy to use. Quality of the controller/ battery could be better. The buttons are very cheap and rattle when the controller is moved. Overall for the price it is fantastic. Shipping was very fast. 3 days earlier than expected

Received today, tested once.
For now, I am delighted with my purchase. It is much lighter than the silicone ones (I bought one and returned it immediately). The eyes are well protected. The interior texture is even better than those made of silicone, it’s comfortable. The price is very reasonable for a mask with infrared features. I wish there was also a hook tab on the top of the head to better hold it in place, but I haven’t seen any with that option. Too bad it’s grey; I would have preferred pink. The storage box is also very pretty. The instructions are in English, I would prefer them to be in French, or for a PDF version in French to be provided. Maybe it’s possible to ask the seller…
It is impossible to assess the effectiveness at the moment.
