    Previously, I used 3cm, but 5cm is much better. If it’s not there, I can’t sleep. However, the 30cm width is a bit wide, so cutting both sides to 26cm makes it much more comfortable.

    I’ve tried several lumbar pillows, but none have this kind of cost-effectiveness.
    Make it 4cm high and just buy it.
