I didn’t expect the box packaging to be fine. I bought it to use while lying comfortably, but the angle for neck support is a bit ambiguous. However, it works well and is cool. It has 1 slow, 2 medium, and 3 fast levels. It comes with a 220V adapter, which is nice.

I like this. I have both cervical and lumbar disc issues, and as I continue using it, I appreciate that it also has a heating function and can massage both my neck and waist.

The massage is okay, but you need to use something like a cloth or towel. It’s a bit rough.

There was a review saying that the power was weak, but even when I used it as an 80kg man standing, I didn’t feel it was weak. When lying with your neck supported, the roller doesn’t protrude too much, so it massages with just the right amount of pressure. Not too weak, not too strong to hurt.
If you massage your neck too hard, it might feel cool at first but it will get more easily tangled. It needs to be done with the right intensity, and in that sense, the intensity of this machine is just right.
Seeing that it runs even when lying down with moderate weight, it’s not that the power is bad. It’s passable to use.
And, the structure itself fits moderately well for the average Korean adult male body type.
I thought the performance might be poor because the reviews weren’t as positive as I expected, but it’s actually usable.
