I liked it, it’s small, soft, maybe a bit firmer would be nice, but that’s a matter of taste) for those who prefer soft, low pillows and want to learn to sleep on their backs – it’s just right. There is neck support. It also supports the head on both sides but doesn’t firmly secure (it suits me, but again, this is individual preference). The material of the pillowcase is very pleasant and delicate. The pillow itself is made with high quality. I found another option for use – if you turn it upside down with rollers, you can sleep by tucking your arm under the pillow (a favorite position for many).
