    I like it because it seems to support my cervical spine well. I only used the outer part without removing the inner one. It’s a bit low, but it’s perfect for me. If I’m uncomfortable with pillows, I keep waking up while sleeping, but this one seems to help me sleep well without waking up. I really like it!
